From factory floor in Jinan to branded gyms in Lebanon β the full story of Moe Bannout's Code-X line.
Moe Bannout is a world champion bodybuilder and Mr. Olympia 2014. He is one of Lebanon's most decorated athletes, with a career spanning over two decades:
After years of competing at the highest level, Moe launched his own brand β Code-X β with a plan to open branded gyms. But finding a manufacturer who could produce competition-grade equipment with his logo, at scale, and at a competitive price wasn't easy.
Most Chinese factories either couldn't meet the quality standard or demanded minimums far beyond what a new brand could commit to. Moe needed a sourcing partner who understood both: what a world champion expects from his equipment, and how Chinese steel fabrication works.
Product: Full range of branded gym equipment β weight machines, benches, cable systems, plate-loaded equipment β all bearing the Code-X logo.
Volume: Two 40ft containers.
Requirements: Branded with client's logo at manufacturer level, competition-grade steel, full QC at factory, door-to-door shipping to Lebanon.
We identified the right factories in Jinan, Shandong β China's hub for fitness equipment manufacturing. We visited multiple facilities in person, evaluated their steel quality, welding standards, and capacity to handle a custom-branded order.
After shortlisting three factories, we took Moe's design specifications to each one, compared pricing, lead times, and sample quality. The selected factory had 15+ years of experience producing for European brands.

We conducted inline inspections during production and a full final inspection before loading. Every machine was checked for weld quality, paint finish, logo placement, and mechanical safety. Defects were flagged and corrected before shipment β not after.

Two 40ft containers. Full container load, door-to-door from Jinan factory to Moe's location in Lebanon. We handled everything: export documentation, container loading, sea freight, customs clearance in Lebanon, and final delivery.
Both containers arrived without damage. Every piece of equipment accounted for. No delays, no customs issues.
